With a team of professionally qualified accountants, MDI is able to provide a one-stop statutory audit service to clients located in either side of the border. In particular we are able to provide financial statements for our clients in compliancy with different accounting standards which are most welcome especially amongst foreign investors.

In accordance with individual client's business nature, MDI will, in accordance with applicable auditing standards, plan our audit work. Attention will also be brought to the management of our clients regarding any weakness in control which we come across during our normal course of audit work and will be accompanied with our recommendation for improvement with a view to enhance our client's competitiveness.

Our audit service in China and Hong Kong include:

• Depending on the location of our client, we will conduct audit work in compliance with applicable PRC or Hong Kong standards;
• Through our China and Hong Kong network, we will be able to arrange audit work for our clients in either or both sides of the border;
• Evaluation of client's internal control system and suggest recommendation for improvement if necessary;
• In accordance with defined terms of reference, carry out audit work in respect of company merger or acquisition, floatation and dispute.
