Mr. Chan Chi Shing, a Director of the company, graduated from North East London Polytechnic, England. He is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, CPA Australia and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He is also a Senior Associate member of The Financial Services Institute of Australia (formerly The Institute of Bankers in Australia). Mr. Chan has over 25 years working experience in countries including England, Australia, Hong Kong and China with more than half of his time dealing with clients with operations in China.

Mr. Leung Ming Fai, Chris, holder of a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) granted by the University of Manchester and a diploma in Business Administration from Hong Kong Shue Yan College (currently Hong Kong Shue Yan University). Mr. Leung is a fellow member of both The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Leung has spent more that 10 years in China working with listed companies having major PRC operations. Mr. Leung specialises in providing professional services to major cross-border clients.
